[Broker] Fixed a regression with host name escaping in the Graphite Broker output.
[Broker] Fixed an issue where the wrong service state was restored when engine re-established its connection to broker after a disconnection.
[Broker] Fixed Broker crash that occurred if only a graphite output was configured.
