Bug fixes

Fixed an issue in the Gorgone MBI ETL where renaming a hostgroup, host category, or service category mid-month caused monthly availability rows to be split per dimension version, resulting in double-counted alert totals and incorrect MTBF/MTRS values in reports.
Gorgone sqlite database now give back disk space after cleaning operation.
